*Update July 31st, 2020 – Calendar Submitting Procedures*

Monthly Calendars

• Through our website at www.handinhand.ca, calendars for the upcoming month will be available the first week of the current month through our website at www.handinhand.ca.
• Our new procedure will be to email completed calendars to calendars@handinhand.ca no later than the 15^th of the current month to reserve your space for the following month.
• You will receive an email confirmation from the centre manager once your requested calendar days are approved.
• If you have not received the confirmation email from your centre manager within 24 hours, email the admin office at calendars@handinhand.ca

Add on/ Drop In Calendars

• If you require add on or drop in days you must email the centre manager for confirmation of available space.
• After space is confirmed with the centre manager, the parent will email a calendar indicating the added days to calendars@handinhand.ca.
• Add on/ Drop in Calendars will be processed in the first PAD/ PAC processing run of the following month.
• If you have not received the confirmation email from your centre manager within 24 hours, email the admin office at calendars@handinhand.ca
